At Hiero, we take pride in our craftmanship.  however, all items are hand-made, and some slight imperfections are expected.  Due to the customized nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we do not offer returns or refunds.

Once an order has been placed and the customization process started, we are unable to accept any cancellations or changes.  We encourage you to review your order carefully before submitting to ensure that all specifications are accurate.  

All sales are final!
