ORDER POLICY

To ensure the seamless and smooth delivery of your customized items, please take note of our order policy.

• All orders must be placed via our website.
• Payments must be made in full to confirm your order. Payments must be by online bank transfer or 1st Pay. Cash is also accepted.
• There is 3-5 business days wait time for most orders. In the case of large orders that timeline is subject to change.
• The delivery date is given, and the item will be completed on or by the end of the stated business day. (If you require your item at a specific time on that day, please state that when placing your order).
• During holiday and peak periods (Christmas, Independence, Mother’s Day/Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day) orders must be placed at least 2-3 weeks in advance.
